Abstract Artist from El Salvador

Yolanda Rengifo, born in 1970 in San Salvador, El Salvador, is an abstract artist and interior designer. She was influenced by her artistic family, including her grandmother Elvira Schlesinger and her tía María Kahn, both prominent Salvadoran artists.

 

Rengifo received mentorship from esteemed Salvadoran painters such as Rosa Mena Valenzuela, Carlos Cañas and Armando Solís, which shaped her artistic development and unique style: abstracticism using bright colors and themes of nature and relationships.
